Loss of Freedom

I am not going into politics here heavily as I tend to rant if I do. I am a very conservative person who thinks of the true meaning of conservatism and that centers on freedom, in the manner in which America was founded. I’ve heard all the garbage about how bad our slave holding founders were, racists and bigots. What will people say about this current administration letting in millions of illegal aliens (that’s exactly what they are) as those in the future try to piece back together what history tells them America once was, two hundred years ago for them?

All of this nonsense comes with the removal of freedoms we once took for granted. I grew up during the 1950s and 1960s and the weight of our government was, comparatively, nonexistent to what exists now. Control of all we do comes from inflation, over taxing, special rights for minorities, and the consecration of immorality as the norm. Enslaving those who just want to be free in life and living. Get out of my home, is what people are thinking, you have no right to interfere with what I and my family do.

And, the government has no right to tell you how to live until, that is, they subvert you through pure malice but with a cackling grin and put you down in your own cellar to come out and see the sun when they tell you you can. We are almost there and it is anything but wonderful or balanced. It is a careening truck on an icy road and we are the huddled pedestrians in their way. But for Trump.
