I come from a long line of white people. However, on my Mom’s side I have to add Cherokee and I’m roughly one eighth Cherokee, give or take an eighth. I don’t look at all Cherokee so I only say this with more than a little respect for what my ancestors went through at the hands of the white part of me. Talk about stuck in the middle! My Mom taught me of the “Trail of Tears” long ago in the 1950s and I have studied much on that in my younger days. Cruelty and false justice is, however, just one negative trait of all mankind. It always has been and for every decent person there’s ten nasty ones just looking for the right circumstances to unleash their mental short falls. This to is the way of our world though we try to deny it at our own peril. Hitler, Harris, Walz.
I don’t know much at all and I can prove this in the mountains, staring at the night sky. All I know is that it is a wonder to behold and that is enough for me. Somewhere out there is God and I know this to be true just as I know and understand the truth that is the Bible. Doubt all you want but have you studied it? If your answer is no then it is plain ignorance from which your platform is erected.
We are all a part of something so much greater than the individual that attempting to find out all we can about our short lives is tantamount to fulfilling our lives. It isn’t expensive cars, plush estates and beautiful people it is you and you alone that decides your own ignorance of the whole. We are a flash in the pan and it is high time many of us take a step back and consider why we are here in the first place. A decision made outside the dominance of the world of mankind. Mankind is born, goes quietly or with much fanfare and then rots. It is that last and the knowing of it that prepares the mind to think. Pure and simple as life should be.
Remember: But for the sun we are born into darkness.
