Anyone who knows a modicum of history understands that nations rise and nations fall. At times the fall of a nation comes from outside such as when the Persians (now Iran) conquered so many nations of Europe through war. China was conquered by Japan before the start of World War Two. Rome was conquered by both outside and inside influences but Rome fell and became Italy.
America is a young nation, as nations of the world go. She is a nation unlike those who came before as the Constitution places the people as the ones who govern America through their representatives in the government. We elect our leaders for their abilities to govern for us and this should be considered an honor by those representatives. Not so much any more.
This last four years has been a non-representative government no matter how you slice it. The spirit of our representatives also represents the spirit of the people but this time around the elected persons of government have turned on the people who elected them. Thankfully, we have voted them out which means the spirit of us, the people, came to the front because we did not like what our representatives were doing. How they were performing in so ludicrous a fashion.
The types of individuals elected the last go round were not Americans at heart. They were socialists and socialism has no place in a Republic. The mix is like water and oil. If our Republic is to continue we need to guard against anyone who has socialist overtones. We had a near miss this time. Too near a miss but we the people came through and kicked the begging socialists out. What occurred with “Trans” and other oddities is not the American way. DEI is junk philosophy as is “political correctness.” Politics is never completely correct and this is what we just crawled out from under. We could feel the weight of indentured servitude could we not. and we didn’t like it one bit. So, out they went.
Biology was on the ballot this time. Biology, at its simplest, is natural law. It is also God’s law of creation. WE should always know better than to mess with natural law because it spells disaster in the long term. We don’t apply grease to an earthquake fault and we don’t mess with God’s law of creation. Messing around with these laws gets people killed.
