I hear the Democrats and the Washington Post telling us that our economy is really good now. This is in way of trying to tell Trump to keep his hands off the “great” economy. Tell me, how is this economy for you? Would you rate it as exalted or needing to be scrapped and begun over?
This country will never have a “great” economy until spending and debt are solved. We are each in the barrel for hundreds of thousands of dollars if we as a nation had to suddenly pay off the national debt. We owe the debt to Biden especially due to the six trillion borrowed using Covid for an excuse and then, on top of that boondoggle, the “Green New Deal.” You can blame Trump for the spending to, however, that spending was on the military (defense) and to attempt to save small business during Covid and that was almost a decade ago. In the meantime Biden, et al, has spent money even our grandchildren, hell, our great-grandchildren, can’t pay back.
Biden spent us almost into oblivion and if there is another world war we will be bankrupt before we can win it. Even now we cannot raise enough of a military to fight a police action without borrowing from . . . CHINA! You remember China don’t you? The one’s who paid Biden and Hunter millions of dollars for, shall we just say, favors. Add a few magnates from Ukraine to this, who paid the family also, and you see what a bunco scheme we have had from Biden and, thankfully, not a term or two of Harris.
We cannot afford to run our country if more trillions are wasted like a billion dollars for one new charging station; another Biden/Harris boondoggle. Thank goodness Trump is coming in and they are headed toward the dumps. (If any self-respecting dump will take them) That spending was purposeful and breaking the bank of our American nation was part of the scheme. Imagine, if you will, eight years of a dimwit spending your children’s and grandchildren’s futures for naught but spite. Or, simply because they can? The purse must be tightened and tightened strongly. However, after yet another lousy Democrat presidency our military is hurting worse than ever and needs to be overhauled and more money will have to be spent there. Tariffs of billions from Mexico and China and the freeing of our natural gas and refining our oil will go a long way to raise the doomed specter of our economy back to the wonder of this world. It can be done and Trump knows how to get us back on track.
We dodged, not a bullet, but a nuclear device of a Harris presidency by electing Trump. To be fair, now it is up to him to keep all his promises and that begins with who he brings aboard. Even the most advanced Navy ship will run aground with a lousy skipper and crew at the helm.
