How many versions of the political now exist? It used to be that we had two political parties, Democrat and Republican. The frosting on the political cake was we had normal Republicans and Conservative Republicans. On the other side were Liberal Democrats and regular Democrats. Republicans were what used to be called, Country Club Republicans. Democrats were the working party and the two always got along to one degree or another. Things on which they differed could be worked out over a few glasses of bourbon. Our government worked for all of us back then.
I am speaking of the 1950s and from the viewpoint of a Democrat family in which I was but a youth. Still, old impressions stick with a person in at least a modicum of reality and that modicum was that the two parties got along, given time and reasonableness and, a bottle of good bourbon.
Look at what we have now! A war in which one side, the Republicans, are constantly put down by the other side. I mentioned the parity being in the 1950s so, what happened after that? Vietnam happened as did communist professors in our colleges. This was always the plan as no one back then knew what a “Progressive” was.
The Progressives got their start in the early 1900s and modeled themselves after the Bolsheviks of Russia who overthrew the Czar, Nicholas, and put communism in as the new form of government. Communists hate democratic society and want the people subjugated to their whims. If you don’t you are placed in Gulags or killed outright. It is some perverted mix of progressivism and communism that plagues the Democrat party now. This is why we argue over which or what sex a person is. It pulls people apart rather than melding them together.
Separation of the citizens in a hostile manner is always the downfall of a nation. This is the plan for take over of America and turning us into a communist state. It will not work but it may be that a new civil war will ensue. We cannot afford, in these times, to be fighting amongst ourselves. Now is the time to come together over freedom. Not be torn apart by ignorance and sloth of mind.
