Semi-Political

I sometimes consider myself to be apolitical. At other times conservative but conservative only in the current lexicon of Christian. Christianity is merely a belief that Jesus is the Son of God. God whom I call Jehovah. Politically I am celibate but semi-political only as it pertains to freedom of worship in America. Freedom to worship as we see fit is the founding principle of this country. That came before all the others as England at that time had a government sanctioned “christianity in the Church of England, so to speak.

Jehovah is a translation, best guess, of the tetragrammaton, YHWH, as the true name that God gave to the Israelite’s is lost in time. It was written in consonants as the vowels were lost to history. Whether accidental or an intention from above is subject to conjecture. Lost it is. The truth is that “Jesus” is also a best guess as the actual name is also not known. Yoshuwa is one way to say His name of ancient origin.

Names don’t matter in the final analysis as names get misplaced so other names are used as time goes on and languages and linguistics change. The effort and direction of prayer is still valid or it would not have been written in the Bible.

What I am driving at here is that politics is a convenience in an America in which we were put in charge. Obviously, wars and emergencies put the government in charge but only to defend or save us. A government that is for and of the people is what we are supposed to have. In our country the left has the best and most eager liars on their payroll and their entire aim is to rule us. Not the other way around. It is also the left that has spent decades trying to remove worship from public (government) environs. Now they are using law enforcement to go after some Christian organizations. This runs afoul of our founding documents but that is no matter to them. Stamping out singular thought is what matters to them. It is in this that I am observationally political and that is as far as it goes. If a candidate is progressive I am against them. If a candidate is pro-religious freedom I am for them. Simple. Cut and dry.
